Universal Commercial, a highly celebrated Memphis-based commercial real estate and consulting firm, is pleased to announce Brandon Ingram has joined the organization as a broker. Ingram adds his extensive commercial real estate experience and professional excellence to the organization. He has concentrated his focus areas in real estate acquisition, property development, and real estate investment brokerage. Ingram is experienced with unusual and innovative transactions.

Ingram also excels in delivering real estate advisory for strategic planning, capital procurement and organizational structure to investors both locally and nationally.

Prior to his commercial real estate career, Ingram worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years. 

Ingram is a committed servant to his community. He is an active member of the 100 Black Men of Memphis and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He serves on the City of Memphis Civil Service Commision, and is involved with the United Way Annual Campaign. Ingram is also an alumni of the New Memphis Institute.
